30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, then neither are we. Simply return it in its original condition within the return period and we'll give you a full refund of the purchase amount. At Cadenza Violins, we offer a 30-day period on all instrument and bow purchases. We don't accept returns on accessories or books.
Life-Time Structural Warranty
Cadenza Violins offers a lifetime structural warranty on many of our in-house brand instruments, as well as other select instruments. This warranty covers any problems that may occur with the structure of the instrument itself. However, it excludes damages resulting from accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, or tampering. Please note that strings, bow hair, rosin, pads, and other parts or accessories are not covered by the warranty.
Payment Plans
Cadenza Violins offers personalized payment plans for convert-to-purchase instruments with a remaining balance of over $500.
A typical plan includes four interest-free, monthly payments with a minimum 20% down payment.
